The color of Mars is red, and for this, it is also known as the red planet. This is due to the abundance of red soils. The rocks and soil at Mars contain dust carrying an immense amount of iron. It carries a tiny amount of chlorine and sulfur. Over the years, they’ve been eroded, and dust was spread by volcanoes forming the red cloud.
