Marvel studios filed for bankruptcy in 1993, which eventually lead to them selling away the X-Men to Fox Studios, Spider-Man to Sony and eventually selling everything else to Disney. While Sony Entertainment gave special permission for Spider-Man to appear in the Avengers movies, X-Men are no longer a part of the same universe…in a way.

Clint Barton, otherwise known as hawkeye was orphaned at a young age and was left stumbling to find his way on his own. Originally presented as a rival to Iron Man, the talented archer learned his craft while working for a circus.

Chris Evans, portraying the character of Captain America, was playing a role in the movie “Snowpiercer” which made him unable to shave off his beard. So, since the scene was shot long after the rest of the movie was filmed, the crew had to create a prosthetic jaw for Chris to use. This is why he is hiding his face with his fist and is not eating any shwarma during the scene!

The lullaby pretty much consists of the black widow talking calmly to the hulk while maintaining physical contact so that he can turn back to Bruce Banner.

Even though they are two of the founding members of the Avengers, they do not get introduced until later on in the MCU because the screenwriters thought that the movie already had too many characters, so they waited to give them their own movie to be introduced.
