Before Toy Story 2 was released, there was an accident in post-production which caused the entire movie to be deleted from the main Pixar servers. This was caused due to the command “rm -rf” in the Unix command line which causes all files to be deleted from a directory without needing confirmation. Luckily, a pregnant employee had a copy on her computer, which ended up saving the day!
