George Lucas went as far as producing a fake script that said “Obi-Wan killed your father!” to hide the plot twist at the end of the Empire Strikes Back. The only ones that knew the truth was James Earl Jones(who dubbed the actual line over David Prowse) and Mark Hamill who was told the truth minutes before the shoot.
